Lit Collective Journey Note Cards (Set of 5)
Exclusive from Fire & Ice Bookshop! Our Lit Collective Journey Note Cards© are designed to be utilized as you move through your lit reading experiences. They are just the right size (think recipe or index cards) to be slipped inside your book, purse or tote bag. Each Note Card is printed on eco-friendly cardstock white cardstock, front and back, for durablility.
Most importantly they are designed so that you can hold tight and take note of the wonderful journeys that you will take while you read. You can then chose to keep them as reference for you or pass them on to family and friends. As you collect your notes, they can be easily connected together via our exclusice Lit Collective Journey Note Card© holder (coming soon/sold seperately).
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders placed online, at fireandicebookshop.com, are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Orders placed at in-person, Fire & Ice Lit Collective© events, will be processed on-site unless the books and products have sold out. In the case of sold out inventory, Fire & Ice Bookshop will process and ship the item(s), at no cost to the customer, according to the online purchase terms.
What shipping methods can I choose from and how long will they take?
All online orders require 1-3 processing and shipping time. All shipping times are estimates only. Transit times vary, exclude weekends and holidays, and the package destination. See below for details.
USPS First-Class Mail(Envelopes & Small Packages): Estimated 1-3 days
USPS Ground (Standard Shipping Method): Estimated 2-8 days
USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 1-3 days
USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight): Estimated 1-2 days
Can I ship to a PO Box?
If you are shipping to a PO box, you must make sure that you include the street address for the post office along with your PO Box number.
How much is shipping for orders and how are charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary depending on the chosen service when order is placed. Actual shipping charges will be calculated after customers place all items into the shopping cart.
Will all my items come together in one package?
Fire & Ice Bookshop will work to ensure that all items will ship in one package. If more than one shipment for an order is required, you will receive an email confirmation for each shipment, listing all items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. If for some reason items need to be shipped in separate packages, additional shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
What if my shipping address is different from my billing address?
Customers will be prompted to list both billing and shipping addresses when placing an online order. If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, Fire & Ice may request that you list the alternate address with your credit card company, to help prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
Will I get an email confirmation regarding my order and shipment?
After you place an order with Fire & Ice Bookshop, we will email you confirming your purchase. You will receive a second email once it has been shipped. If your items should need to be shipped separately, or if any other information needs to be communicated regarding your purchase, we will alert you via email. We ask that you save these emails for your records. All emails will be sent to the email address used to sign into your account.

Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales for Lit Collective Journey Notes are final due to the product material. Please know that the colors in the bookmark packets will vary. We will replace the bookmarks if they are damaged or if the order is incorrect/incomplete upon arrival.
To ensure excellent customer service, all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to management discretion. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Fire & Ice Bookshop. Returned items, unless received via mail damaged or unusable, must be in their original, salable condition.
